RBER-IRStides have been purified in a multi-step process to ensure their usability for a broad spectrum of biochemical kinase assay technologies. It has primarily been developed and validated for application in radiometric protein kinase activity assays, but can also be used for ATP consumption or antibody-based assay procedures.
